We can provide a range of services from design only, coordination with a designer or architect, or work with a builder to take a project from start-to-finish.
It’s important to understand how a project will be delivered. At TCKB, we follow a methodical approach to every design, from concept through delivery. Depending on the scope of a project, the design deliverables may include concept sketches, 3D renderings, construction drawings for the general contractor and trades, permit applications, schedules and approval documents. We can manage a project from start-to-finish, or our clients can choose to take on the ground work and visit tile showrooms and stone suppliers to select materials, review mock-ups and approve custom door and finish samples, and manage the complete process with their contractor.
Our Design Director, Robert Reid, RID CKBD, is a rarity in the field, as both a professional, Registered Interior Designer and Certified Kitchen and Bath Designer. His design influence spans the globe, with projects in many countries and sectors, including residential, multi-family, commercial, hospitality and retail. He has also been a contributing faculty member at a variety of universities, teaching a range of undergraduate courses and developing curriculum responding to industry demands.
